Stephen's advice to funeral consumers:

• Make enquiries of services available with the funeral director prior to making any commitment.

A first generation funeral director, Stephen began his career in 1980 and owns funeral businesses in Temora, Cootamundra and West Wyalong. He has served on the committee since 1987 and was President from 1991-1993. Stephen has also been awarded the 'Ben Box Memorial Award' for his contribution to the industry in service, education and ethics.

He enjoys his role on the committee as it provides him the opportunity to contribute to the improvement of the funeral industry along with an insight into consumer attitudes.
